For employers who

- do not make redundancies during the subsidy period
- spend all the subsidies on paying wages to the employees
- have set up the MPF account for themselves and the employees on or before 31 March 2020

For self-employed persons who
- have set up an MPF account on or before 31 March 2020 which has not been terminated as of 31 March 2020.
